At Chamdor Faktry Sales, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original packaging and unused condition.

Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original boxes with all protective padding, manuals, and accessories included to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package back to our returns processing center located at our main factory outlet.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method.
